Aesha has extensive experience leading people and change projects and her roles across the arts, media and charity sectors. She have focused on ensuring the best and most diverse, creative and talented people are found, supported and developed to achieve their best and that there is an inclusive, productive and progressive environment for everyone.
Aesha was part of the core team for the biggest ever relocation in UK broadcasting, setting up a new headquarters for the BBC – creating an innovative approach to attracting and recruiting diverse talent. This included producing an award-winning careers website; creating many large events and instigating and overseeing training and outreach programs which gained praise from Government officials and industry peers; and working with senior leaders to embed a new career development strategy.
Aesha is passionate about sharing lessons and working collaboratively and she advised others nationally and internationally to help them build great places to work and deliver the best for audiences. Aesha has set up and worked on many cross-sector initiatives and partnerships, been a charity trustee and chaired boards and committees.
