A total of 53 works were submitted to the VII Edition of the AEOS-BBVA Foundation Composition Prize (convened in July 2012). The Jury, formed by Mr. Víctor Pablo Pérez, Ms. Zulema de la Cruz, Mr. Guillermo García Calvo, Mr. Ramón Lazkano and Mr. Jesús Torres, as well as Mr. Xavier de Paz as Secretary, met in the National Music Auditorium in Madrid on November the 13^th, 2013. After the study and assessment of the scores submitted to the call, the jury unanimously declared winner “Fragmentos del Satiricón” by Fernando Buide del Real.
